Sharon's Philosophy:

Choosing a mortgage program is just like choosing headache medicine—which one do you choose for which type of financial situation. Like a pharmacist, I will diagnose your finances and give you my recommendations to eliminate your headaches, not only now, but also in the long run. Since I work with many different programs (like many brands of aspirin) I can help you eliminate the pain of finding the right mortgage program for you.

Sharon's Bio:

Sharon has been a loan officer in Kauai since 2005. Prior to working at Island Pacific Mortgage, Sharon worked as an escrow officer for Title Guaranty and as an escrow-marketing manager for Old Republic Title Company.

Before moving to Kauai in 2002 with her husband Don, Sharon worked for Hewlett Packard for 22 years as a marketing manager for the company's fiber optic sales development division.

Sharon received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Jose State University, CA. She is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of Hawaii and holds an inactive Hawaii Real Estate License.

Sharon has three grown children and enjoys real estate investing, sewing, reading, and scrap-booking.
