Judy has been with Island Pacific Mortgage since October of 2007. Before working at Island Pacific Mortgage, LLC, she was with a mortgage banker for several years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Judy has been married to her husband Hubertus (“Hubie”) for 15 years. He was born and raised in Freiburg, Germany where he earned his Master Title in fine furniture making and custom woodwork. They met in San Francisco and lived there for 10 years prior to moving to Kauai. While Judy’s company has changed, her values and how she treats her clients have not.
Judy is not the typical loan officer. She is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (“CMPS”). Many homeowners don’t realize the life changing impact their choice of a home loan can have on investment issues, retirement issues and cash flow issues.
